How to Book
Contact us via WhatsApp, email, or our contact form. We will confirm availability and send payment instructions. A 30% deposit secures your booking, with the balance due 14 days before arrival.
Payment Methods
- Bank transfer (details provided upon booking)
- Wise (TransferWise) — recommended for international transfers
- Cash on arrival (EUR, USD, or NPR)
Cancellation & Refund Schedule

Date Changes
Date changes are free if made 7+ days before arrival, subject to availability. Changes within 7 days incur a €50 rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy
If you do not arrive on your booked date and have not contacted us, the full booking amount is non-refundable.
Early Departure
If you choose to leave a retreat early, the remaining days are non-refundable. We will assist with any travel arrangements needed for early departure.
Our Cancellation
In the unlikely event we must cancel a retreat (extreme weather, natural disaster, safety concerns), you will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule at no cost.
Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellation, medical emergencies, and evacuation. Trekking retreats require insurance covering high-altitude hiking.
